Web Browser - a program used to view HTML documents
URL - Uniform (or universal) resource locator, the address of a World Wide Web page
History - A record of web pages that you have visited in the past. Most web browsers allow you to view and manage your history from within the browser itself
Defaults - an option that is selected automatically unless an alternative is specified
Reload - Generally, to update something with new data. For example, some Web browsers include a refresh button that updates the currently displayed Web pages. This feature is also called reload.
Download - Downloading is the process of copying files to your computer from a remote location, for example from a server. When you view a webpage, text files, images, and other media types (such as audio and video files) are downloaded to your computer from a server across the Internet.
Upload - uploading, can refer to the sending of data from a local system to a remote system such as a server or another client with the intent that the remote system should store a copy of the data being transferred, or the initiation of such a process.
Cookies - A cookie, also known as an HTTP cookie, web cookie, or browser cookie, is used for an origin website to send state information to a user's browser and for the browser to return the state information to the origin site
Bookmarks - A record of the address of a file, Web page, or other data used to enable quick access by a user
Servers Local - A predefined server that designates the current computer to run the Integration Flow Designer.
Remote - In computer networking, a server is simply a program that operates as a socket listener . The term server is also often generalized to describe a host that is deployed to execute one or more such programs
File Sharing - File sharing is the practice of distributing or providing access to digitally stored information, such as computer programs, multimedia (audio, images, and video), documents, or electronic books. It may be implemented through a variety of ways.
Email - Electronic mail, commonly called email or e-mail, is a method of exchanging digital messages across the Internet or other computer networks.
Eccomerce - Electronic commerce, commonly known as e-commerce, ecommerce, eCommerce or e-comm, refers to the buying and selling of products or services over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks.
VOIP - Voice over Internet protocol, a communications protocol that allows for telephonic communication via the Internet
HTML - Hypertext Markup Language, a standardized system for tagging text files to achieve font, color, graphic, and hyperlink effects on World Wide Web pages
XHTML - Extensible Hypertext Markup Language, an HTML system for tagging text files to achieve font, color, graphic, and hyperlink effects on World Wide Web pages, incorporating user-defined elements
DHTML - Dynamic HTML, a collection of Web browser enhancements that enable dynamic and interactive features on Web pages
Javascript - A programming language designed to be interpreted by a Web browser. The statements in the language can be made part of an HTML source file to enable some interactive features such as mouse clicks and input to forms.
CSS - Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) is a style sheet language used to describe the presentation semantics (the look and formatting) of a document written in a markup language. Its most common application is to style web pages written in HTML and XHTML, but the language can also be applied to any kind of XML document, including plain XML, SVG and XUL.
Flash - Adobe Flash (formerly Macromedia Flash) is a multimedia platform used to add animation, video, and interactivity to Web pages. Flash is frequently used for advertisements and games.
This is one of my first ideas for my webpage. The main theme being a city scene in black and white. I have decided to use black and white as the work i will be posting on top of it will stand out a lot better than if it was on a plain white background.
